Loved our stay here. The room we booked was updated and impeccably clean with double beds. The location was great and awesome, just a short stroll away from a large mall.

We liked the hotel and San Antonio. The staff was knowledgeable and the setting was magnificent. The room had a safe box, TV, and a writing table. The breakfast was good with cheese omelettes, many offerings, and waffles. The restaurant was nice. A great day spent in North San Antonio - SAT district.

The rooms were nice. Pretty clean. So we're the bathrooms. Room service did not come to clean the room on my second day of stay.

The front desk staff can be a bit high nosed... They don't really care for smiling, or making you feel welcomed. But! They do get straight to business, get you taken care of as fast as possible, and know their job quite well. Just don't expect a smile with it. also, someone still knocked on my door even with the do not disturb sign posted (it was staff).

I made reservation for 2 rooms 1 with double beds and second room with king bed, we were told that there was no room with King bed . When we told them that we were going to cancel and Ho somewhere else , they suddenly found a room with King bed for a higher price

Comfortable and up-to-date room that's really quiet. They've got plenty of towels in here, which is great! 🛁 Everything looks good.

they are under construction right now (may 2016), so there is loud construction noise from 8am-5pm.

The hotel is spotless and located in a nice building close to the airport and riverwalk. The swimming pool area is nice, and the hot breakfast includes cheese omelettes and waffles. The rooms are newly renovated, large, and have bright bathrooms. The location is marvelous, close to shopping areas.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure the shuttle was available and went out of their way to be helpful.
